In this role, you will:

• Participate in focus group discussions by completing written and oral instructions.
• Provide feedback on products and services using written surveys or during live discussions.

• Show up at least 10 minutes before the scheduled discussion start time.

• Must have access to a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
• Must be willing to engage fully in one or several focus group topics.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow both oral and written instructions.
