Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and chat for transportation services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding booking, cancellations, and service alterations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Maintain current knowledge of transportation services, policies, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address service-related challenges effectively.
  • Log all interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve customer support processes and services.
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support, ideally in the transportation industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on customer-centric problem-solving.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
