Job Summary: As a Wireless Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact with customers seeking assistance, upgrades or service adjustments with their products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service during the entire enrollment process, answer questions and resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience. Key... Responsibilities: ? Engage customers in direct sales presentations with the goal of enrolling them in new services or upgrading their current ones . ?
