Meet with customers directly on a daily basis to review available products and services and initiate the sales process ? Ensure accurate entry of customer contact information ? Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude when working with a variety of customers ? Handling all questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face to face ? Exceed targets and sales goals by upselling and promoting new products and/or services ? Resolving customer issues in a friendly, helpful way ? Assist the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers ? Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients or sales promotions by attending client meetings This is a full time, in-office position based in Brooklyn, New York.
