Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer support via telephone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist customers with questions regarding transportation services, bookings, and operational details.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the company’s database.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure thorough resolution and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Keep up to date with service offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Knowledge of the transportation or logistics field is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
