Apply TODAY for immediate consideration!Primary RoleResponsible for partnering with the talent acquisition team and provides qualified candidates through proactive searches, builds talent pipelines for future roles, and promotes our employment brand.Key Accountabilities• Establishes and maintains meaningful relationships with leadership, HR Business Partners and key cross-functional stakeholders• Consults with the TA Partners and Hiring Managers to understand the role requirements and objectives of the position.• Leverage talent intelligence data and insights to identify, develop, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.• Source candidates using various sourcing techniques including social media, online databases, Boolean searches and other best-in-class techniques.• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, network alignment, and capability to the organization.• Develop and nurture a talent pool for current and future hiring needs through target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations and/or educational institutions.• Engage with passive candidates who meet our requirements.• Craft compelling emails to attract passive candidates.• Promote our employer brand through targeted messaging and networking.• Monitor and provide insights on market trends, competitor analysis, and talent availability.• Track & report key metrics of sourcing and measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies implemented.• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and training with broader TA organization on sourcing techniques, marketplace research and other related passive-talent attraction methodKnowledge/Skills• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, social media platforms and other sourcing tools.• Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to develop sourcing techniques and skills.• Ability to be agile, innovative, and creative with sourcing strategies and work closely with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers.• Strong research skills.• Strong influencing skills to attract candidates to our organization.Experience/Education• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated talent acquisition experience in sourcing and recruiting.• Experience using sourcing techniques & benchmarking, including significant proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter/Insights, social media platforms, and Boolean to identify passive talent.• Proven experience creating and maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders.• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or similar degree.• Combination of High School Diploma and equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.Work Environment• Remote.• Ability to travel up to 10-20%.Competencies• Champions safety• Collaborates• Cultivates innovation• Customer obsessed• Drives Results• Nimble learningJoin American Water...
