Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Slovenian to clients inquiring about anti-financial crime measures.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Assist in identifying and reporting potential financial crime cases based on client interactions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Collaborate with the Anti-Financial Crime Unit team to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback for continual improvement.
- Stay updated on financial crime regulations and best practices to provide informed support.
- Fluency in Slovenian, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Proven experience in customer service or related fields, preferably in financial services or compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with anti-financial crime regulations and practices is a plus.
