Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking airline customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction and response times.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
