Maintain physical building and property grounds. ? Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming. ? Strip, seal and polish floors. ? Gather and empty trash. ? Wash all windows both inside and outside twice yearly. ? Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. ? Steam clean or shampoo all carpeting. ? Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment. ? Scrub and disinfect bathrooms, urinals, toilet bowls and other fixtures daily. ? Fill all paper dispensers etc. paper toweling, toilet paper ? Fill all soap dispensers. ? Report any damage to school property to Director of Childcare. ? Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas. ? Set up, arrange and remove decorations, tables, chairs to prepare for school?s functions. ? Requisition supplies and equipment needed for building maintenance. ? To be on duty in the building when events are scheduled outside of regular school hours. ? Promote and support the environment of positive behavior support. ? Serve as a role model for students, maintaining values such as integrity, respect for self and all others, dignity, self-control and respect. ? Attend in-service training sessions, staff meetings and seminars as needed. ? Perform all other assigned duties ? Must be able to read and write English. Apply!
