  • Project Management: Manage specific strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring they are on track, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management and Analysis Support: Assist in the collection and initial analysis of market research data, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partnership Operations Support: Provide operational support to the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, such as managing the partnership pipeline in Salesforce, assisting with the preparation of partnership proposals, and tracking the performance of partnerships.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of the Strategy Office budget.

About You:

  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in operations, project management, or business administration. Experience working in a strategic planning or business development environment especially in consulting firms or foundations. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and develop insights.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with digital tools and platforms for project management, data analysis, and communication (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce).
  • Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and work effectively with cross-functional teams and individuals at all levels.
  • Results-Oriented: A focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Understanding of Strategic Concepts: A foundational understanding of strategic planning principles and business objectives.
