Responsibilities
- Assist Portuguese-speaking customers with car rental inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information about rental policies, vehicle availability, and pricing options.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly and effectively.
- Process rental bookings and modifications accurately in the system.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient vehicle preparation and delivery.
- Stay informed about promotions and new vehicle offerings to provide customers with up-to-date information.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or in the car rental industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexible availability, including the willingness to work evenings and weekends if necessary.
