The Customer Service Representative acts as the product resource liaison between our client and their current or potential customers. The Customer Service Representatives will help and assist customers over the phone to solve issues and handle complaints and inquiries related to the specific product that they are assigned to support. The goal of the Customer Service Representative is to efficiently and professionally resolve the call to ensure customer satisfaction.
