Your responsibilities as a German Customer Expert will include:
- Providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally and effectively.
- Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, and any post-sales inquiries.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and escalate issues when necessary.
- Gathering customer feedback and insights to further enhance the overall customer experience.
- Representing the luxury brand values through every customer interaction.
- Staying updated on the latest automotive trends and product offerings.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English; any additional languages are a plus.
- A strong background in customer service or a similar role, preferably within the luxury or automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Passion for luxury vehicles and a keen interest in automotive trends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
