In this important position, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and claims related to automotive insurance. Your goal will be to provide clear information and support, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for our clients. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive insurance sector via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance policies, claim processes, and resolution of issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and claims in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay informed about industry standards and claim procedures.
  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your native language and nationality is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or cover letter.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support or within the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
