About the position The Media Manager, Pureplay/Marketplace at Post Consumer Brands is responsible for building and executing data-driven digital marketing programs to support e-commerce customers such as Amazon, Chewy, and Instacart. This role involves planning, measuring, and optimizing digital media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce experience and the ability to drive results through data analysis and creative strategy. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership in managing media planning and execution. Responsibilities ? Plan and execute digital media campaigns across retail media tactics for e-commerce customers. , ? Manage retail media budgets for key customers including Amazon, Chewy, and Instacart. , ? Evaluate retail media capabilities and provide recommendations for future spending. , ? Outline measurement goals for media spend and translate data into actionable insights. , ? Assess media performance on key e-commerce metrics and communicate impact to the organization. , ? Monitor and analyze programs to improve audience understanding and identify opportunities. , ? Oversee the creative process for paid media across multiple e-commerce channels. , ? Lead creative optimizations and testing strategies, including A/B testing. , ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to combine brand insights with sales priorities. , ? Partner with agencies to define and deliver on campaign KPIs and monitor programs. , ? Educate partners on the evolving landscape of digital and retail media. , ? Coach and develop associate media managers. Requirements ? BA in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism preferred. , ? 5-7 years of marketing, media planning, and/or strategy experience. , ? E-commerce experience is required. , ? Digital experience on agency or client side is required. , ? Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability. , ? Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. , ? Experience in multiple digital media channels, including search, programmatic, and social media. Nice-to-haves ? Experience in creative strategy and execution for digital media campaigns. , ?
