Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in refining their search engine marketing strategies and utilizing our services to the fullest
• Provide informed insights and recommendations on best practices for search engine marketing and customer engagement
• Manage client accounts to ensure timely and effective responses to inquiries
• Analyze client performance data and deliver actionable improvement strategies
• Keep up to date with search engine trends to ensure our knowledge base is always current
• Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of search engine optimization
• Collaborate with our marketing team to refine service offerings and elevate customer satisfaction

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential
• Previous experience in customer service or client relations is advantageous
• Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide informed recommendations
• Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and platforms
