Position: Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth

* BOTH FULL-TIME & PART-TIME POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE *

• Telehealth Nurse Practitioner employed under Family Medical Associates, P.C.

• Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

• Responsible for performing Telehealth visits for Primary Care Practice via audio/video connection.

• Experience in primary care is preferred but not required. Competitive salary and excellent bonus opportunities.

• Collaborate with onsite physicians for chronic care management, acute/urgent care visits, medication management, providing close follow up.

• Candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts.

• Remote visits from home or office.
