Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our social media platform to deliver accurate guidance.
• Document customer interactions to help inform improvements and best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on product features and policies.

• Fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer support, especially in the tech or social media sector, is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on user satisfaction.
• A friendly, adaptable attitude that fosters positive client interactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
