Role Overview UP.Labs is searching for a visionary CEO with a successful track record in leading SaaS platforms, particularly in maintenance for commercial airlines. As the CEO, you will have end-to-end control of your portfolio company, shaping product strategy, go-to-market plans, and team growth. Leverage the UP.Partners ecosystem for expertise and resources, fostering collaboration with corporate partners. Required Expertise ? Proven success in scaling SaaS platforms, ideally with a focus on airline operations. ? Proficiency in complex optimization, data science, and/or AI/ML for transportation or logistics-related applications. ? Deep understanding of airline maintenance and a strong industry network. ? Experience with SaaS deployment and implementation at scale for complex organizations. ? Passion to disrupt and improve commercial aviation operations. Key Responsibilities ? Drive company operations, product development, and strategy. ? Lead go-to-market efforts across multiple geographies, collaborating with cross-functional teams. ? Manage P&L, define essential KPIs, and build a high-performing team. ?
