Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on achieving first-contact resolution. Provide accurate information about products and services. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
