Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide top-tier customer service support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding aviation services, bookings, and flight information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the aviation team to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to client expectations.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and updates to provide current information to clients.
- Work towards maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics.
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation or travel industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and managing customer inquiries.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
