The House of Mercier is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative in the banking industry, located in Athens, Greece. In this vital role, you will assist customers navigating their financial inquiries and services, delivering professional and knowledgeable support. Your fluency in a Nordic language will be essential in fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service in their preferred language.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) through phone, email, and chat regarding banking services.
  • Assist clients with account management, transaction inquiries, and ensure a smooth banking experience.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal banking teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay informed about banking products, services, and regulations to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Contribute to initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement within the banking sector.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial services sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot financial inquiries and guide customers through banking processes.
  • Familiarity with banking products and customer support tools is an advantage.
