Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist users with inquiries related to job searches, platform functionalities, and freelance opportunities.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
• A genuine passion for helping customers and supporting their career journeys.
• Previous experience in customer support or the freelance/job platform industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
