ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Provide service to patients in a professional manner. ? Provide excellent, concise communication. ? Learn and understand ETM software operation. ? Learn and understand billing and account operations. ? Answers and documents all telephone inquiries. ? Research and resolve problems with patients' bills. ? Updates patients? insurance coverage as needed. ? Prints courtesy claims and itemized statements. ? Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information. ? Arranges financial agreements with patients using budget plan as needed. ? Performs other duties and assignments as requested. Job Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE: ? High school diploma or equivalent required ? Strong communication skills (oral and written) required ? Ability to speak, listen and type simultaneously ?
