Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding car leasing and financing options.
• Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring they have all the necessary information to make informed choices.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet service targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and product offerings.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or the automotive finance sector is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
