Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting with product-related inquiries and concerns.
• Help customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and other service requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information to assist customers effectively.
• Stay knowledgeable about company products, promotions, and industry developments to provide informed support.
• Achieve and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
