As a Customer Success Retention Advisor reporting to the Team Leader in our CS Retention team, your purpose will be to help ensure the retention of Providers by preventing cancellations and assisting them in optimizing their use of Booksy. Youâll engage with Providers through outbound calls to resolve concerns, offer tailored solutions, and provide guidance on improving their profiles and online bookings. Youâll also be responsible for educating Providers on subscriptions, invoices, and payments, ensuring they fully understand the platformâs capabilities.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retention, telesales or working on cross-/up-selling projects.
- Negotiation skills in communication with clients.
- Stress resilience and goal-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Chrome OS, web browsers, and MS Office/G Suite
- At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
