Contact providers offices to obtain patient charts for insurance companies. ? High call volume 100+ daily What you need: ? High school diploma or GED ? Must have hard wired high speed internet ? Contact Center/Telemarketing Experience ? Customer Service and/or Sales Experience (Hospitality, Travel, Healthcare) ? Computer skills and basic trouble shooting How you will succeed: ?
