Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding streaming services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, content availability, subscription details, and technical issues.
• Effectively handle customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance the user experience.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and ensure timely follow-up on unresolved inquiries.
• Collaborate with technical and content teams to address complex customer issues and improve service quality.
• Keep customers informed about new releases, features, and promotional offers available on the platform.
• Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement of services.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of streaming services and technology is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and common office software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
