Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data for clients and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Stay informed about the latest search engine trends and update our knowledge base accordingly
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve clients' understanding of search engine optimization
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance service offerings and elevate customer satisfaction

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential
• Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred
