The ideal candidate will have experience creating short form and social media content including dynamic motion graphics targeted for maximum reach and engagement, be willing to submit a test video and thumbnail, and is ready for a long-term career. Must have: ? 2 years experience ? Proficient in nonlinear editing and motions graphics software, including audio mixing and color grading, YouTube creator suite ? Social media specs expert and trendsetter ? Versatile style including expertise in typography, design and illustration ? Show examples of successful YouTube Short or Instagram Reel creations. ? Be a high output individual, able to take initiative ? Wow us with your portfolio including YouTube videos/shorts and Instagram reels Duties ? Develop a social media calendar for regular video releases with the Communications Director ? Go through Mass of the Ages catalog of film footage, b-roll, interviews and podcasts and create shorts, reels, and compelling thumbnails ? Be a self starter, take ownership and see creative through without requiring close supervision ? Must also be able to adapt the Writer and Director's vision in fresh & unique ways ? Research footage, tag and label raw interview footage, and build sequences of selects from B-Roll ?
