Job Summary: As a Bank Teller, you will provide exceptional customer service by processing customer transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with account-related inquiries. This role involves daily interactions with customers, ensuring they receive a high standard of service, while adhering to bank policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
? Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
? Assist customers with account inquiries, explain banking products, and provide information regarding account balances and services.
? Ensure accurate and efficient handling of financial transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
? Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
? Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to higher-level staff as needed.
? Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all regulatory requirements and bank policies.
? Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on bank products, procedures, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is a plus.
? Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
? Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
? Attention to detail and accuracy.
? Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
