Responsibilities
- Provide professional and effective customer support in Lithuanian for automotive inquiries.
- Assist customers with their product-related questions and issues through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and accurately to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to track issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the automotive team to improve service delivery processes and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct product research and assist customers in understanding product features and benefits.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with our service.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and office software applications.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
