Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Swedish by responding to inquiries related to products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases that require specialized attention.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers to ensure their needs are met and enhance their overall experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
  • Fluency in Swedish is required, along with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a remote environment, is preferred.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically when addressing customer concerns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with a knack for organizing and prioritizing tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
