Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and general support related to electronics.
• Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records and following up on pending issues.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolutions.
• Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Meet performance objectives related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Engage in continuous learning and training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service is desirable, ideally within the electronics field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in consumer electronics.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in varying shifts, including weekends if necessary.
