Capstone Logistics is hiring for Warehouse Driver Assistant The Warehouse Driver Assistant at Capstone Logistics plays a critical role in supporting delivery operations by assisting drivers with loading, unloading, and transporting materials. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers. The Warehouse Driver Assistant serves as a valuable team member, contributing to smooth operations and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: ? Assist drivers with loading and unloading merchandise at designated delivery locations. ? Secure materials to prevent damage during transportation. ? Handle and inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality before and after deliveries. ? Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth deliveries. ? Navigate and manage delivery paperwork, including route schedules and delivery confirmations. ? Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse areas. ? Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational guidelines. ? Help identify and report any issues or discrepancies related to deliveries or warehouse operations. ? Support warehouse operations, including sorting, packing, and staging materials as needed. Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. ? Prior experience in warehouse operations or delivery assistance is a plus. ? Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds throughout the workday. ? Strong communication and teamwork skills. ? Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. ? Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment. ?
