Title: Customer Service Representative Reports to: Director of Practice Operations Overall Responsibility: Providing superb customer service and a welcoming environment to all patients seeking services Areas of responsibility (Tasks): ? Prepares patients for their appointment by obtaining photo identification, signature of various consent forms, & associated Healthworks/Company paperwork required for visit. ? Responsible for ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the clinic. ? Maintain & coordinate patient schedule for various providers & clinical staff. ? Field incoming phone calls & emails through shared authorization email inbox. ? Assists and prepares employer paperwork for the clinical staff ? Assists with covering at other locations as necessary ? Assists with tasks as directed by management Skills required: ? Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally ? Demonstrates personal responsibility, integrity and ability to handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in a manner consistent with HIPAA ? Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to multi-task ? Ability to work both independently & as part of a team in following company protocols ? Demonstrates basic computer skills with Windows, Microsoft office programs, HealthWorks HER and other software as needed Experience/Education required: ? Completes employer required trainings in a timely manner Apply!
