Responsibilities:

  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with business goals.
  • HR Strategy: Drive HR initiatives that support business growth, employee engagement, and a positive work culture.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development strategies for both local and remote teams.
  • Performance & Development: Oversee performance management, leadership development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage labor law compliance, employee relations, and resolve conflicts.
  • Compensation & Operations: Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR systems, utilizing analytics to optimize workforce planning.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years HR experience, 5+ in senior leadership.
  • Strong policy management and compliance expertise.
  • Knowledge of U.S. labor laws (international a plus).
  • Experience managing remote, international teams.
  • Strategic leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in HR technology (HRIS, ATS, payroll).
