Responsibilities:
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with business goals.
- HR Strategy: Drive HR initiatives that support business growth, employee engagement, and a positive work culture.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development strategies for both local and remote teams.
- Performance & Development: Oversee performance management, leadership development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage labor law compliance, employee relations, and resolve conflicts.
- Compensation & Operations: Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR systems, utilizing analytics to optimize workforce planning.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years HR experience, 5+ in senior leadership.
- Strong policy management and compliance expertise.
- Knowledge of U.S. labor laws (international a plus).
- Experience managing remote, international teams.
- Strategic leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HR technology (HRIS, ATS, payroll).
