Overview The Senior Analyst in Health Care Quality Management at CVS Health plays a crucial role in advocating for quality improvement in health care services, managing projects, and collaborating across business units to enhance health care quality products and processes. In Short ? Acts as a Quality Provider Liaison. ? Implements quality management strategies. ? Manages health care quality projects and initiatives. ? Designs data collection methodologies and metrics. ? Translates business information for internal and external stakeholders. ? Develops documentation templates for quality management projects. ? Leads cross-functional workgroups for quality improvement initiatives. ? Schedules meetings with providers as per contract requirements. ? Requires 3-5 years of managed care and quality improvement experience. ? Must live near San Antonio, TX, and be willing to travel up to 50%. Requirements ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. ? 3-5 years of project management experience. ? 1+ years of HEDIS experience. ? 1+ years of NCQA or accreditation experience. ? Experience with provider offices. ? Master's Degree preferred. ? Project Management Certification preferred. ? Registered nurse or relevant work experience preferred. Benefits ?
