Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is on the hunt for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our innovative Virtual Reality (VR) & Augmented Reality (AR) Department. In this exciting position, you will engage with customers who are exploring the cutting-edge world of VR and AR. As a key member of the support team, you will assist users with their inquiries, provide technical assistance, and ensure they have a fantastic experience with our products. Your fluency in Dutch will be vital in addressing customer needs and enhancing their overall journey into virtual and augmented realms. Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch related to VR and AR products and services.
- Guide users through troubleshooting processes and provide solutions for technical issues.
- Offer detailed product information and assist with the setup and usage of VR/AR applications.
- Log customer interactions and feedback accurately for ongoing service enhancements.
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with VR and AR technologies to provide informed support and recommendations to customers.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and user experience.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in technology, gaming, or AR/VR sectors, is preferred.
- A strong interest in virtual and augmented reality technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly to users.
- Familiarity with customer service software and support tools.
