Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish to clients dealing with anti-financial crime inquiries.
  • Assist clients with understanding processes and requirements related to financial crime reporting.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in regulations related to financial crime.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and service improvements.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles.
  • Strong understanding of anti-financial crime regulations and practices is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to customer service operations.
