As our Business Compliance Squad expands, we are looking for a Compliance Documentation Assistant to join our team.

To succeed in the advertised role, you have: 

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. 

• Knowledge of or experience in the online gambling industry. 

• Outstanding organizational, communication (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally. 

• Professional and can-do attitude. 

• Ability to work effectively in a team with members in different locations. 

Would be beneficial to have: 

• Experience working with game descriptions or product content for different markets is a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, including advanced features (templates, styles, formatting).

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. 

• Familiarity with common gaming terminology and understanding of game mechanics and features.

• Managing technical compliance documentation for various projects under regulations across multiple regions. 

• Creating, reviewing, and adjusting game descriptions in line with company templates, ensuring compliance with local regulations and specifications for various markets. 

• Ensuring timely delivery of documentation as per the established plan. 

• Coordinating communication between external translation agency and internal stakeholders regarding the games descriptions of Playson's games and components.

• Work with stakeholders to continuously refine and update the content templates based on compliance needs, market changes, and product updates.

• Ensure consistency in formatting, language, and structure of all documents according to the established templates.

• Deliver necessary game descriptions to support the game certification process. Track and update all game description documentation as new versions, features, or regulations are introduced.
