What You?ll Do As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will support our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. In this role, you will: ? Audit & Compliance: ? Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans. ? Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans. ? Transaction & Reporting: ? Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases. ? Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations. ? Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation. ? Stakeholder Support: ? Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders. ? Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities. ? Continuous Improvement: ? Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday). ? Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations. What We?re Looking For Educational Requirements: ? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience: ? No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus. ? Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial. Key Skills & Attributes: ?
