Position Summary:Â
Step into a leadership role where you can make a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), youâll be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists, and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients.Â
You will work closely with families and children, using ABA principles and data-driven strategies to foster growth and development. In this role, you will also mentor and train therapists, collaborate with clinical supervisors, and be part of a supportive team that values your expertise as a BCBA.Â

Primary Accountabilities:
- Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to casesÂ
- Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basisÂ
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on ABA methodologiesÂ
- Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basisÂ
- Analyze ABA data to implement program adjustmentsÂ
- Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervisedÂ
- Regularly communicate with parents and collaborate on ABA strategiesÂ
- Coordinate with Program Managers to maintain quality outcomes for casesÂ
- Provide parent and staff training in ABA techniquesÂ
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detailÂ
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- BCBA certification given by the BACB
- Arizona State LicenseÂ
- Experience with working with children with autismÂ
