Responsibilities

- Assist customers in booking their travel arrangements and provide recommendations on destinations and services.
- Resolve any issues or complaints directly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge about travel services and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies and performance.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their travel plans.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and travel software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
