Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service support to Portuguese-speaking clients and customers in the automotive sector.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the automotive products and services offered by our clients.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and escalations are handled appropriately.
- Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to help improve overall service quality.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
