Unicorn Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Manager to lead our list-building operations and oversee a team responsible for prospecting and curating outbound lists. This role requires expertise in Clay.com, experience managing list-building workflows, and a strategic approach to identifying and targeting high-value prospects. Success in this role means ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and optimized outreach for outbound campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, manage, and optimize cold outbound lists using Clay.com and other tools.
• Lead and train a team of list builders, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and research ideal companies and prospects for targeted outreach.
• Implement best practices for data sourcing, enrichment, and validation.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine and optimize targeting strategies.

• 3+ years of experience in list building, prospecting, or outbound lead generation.
• Expert-level proficiency in Clay.com (must be highly skilled).
• Familiarity with Apollo.io and ClickUp for workflow and list management.
• Strong analytical and research skills to identify high-value prospects.
• Experience managing a team and ensuring data integrity and compliance.
