Responsibilities

• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information to clients.

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle inquiries promptly.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
