We are seeking a German Speaking Customer Advisor for Premium Coffee Appliances to join our dynamic team and work remotely from Greece. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing stellar customer support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries related to our premium range of coffee appliances. Your exceptional communication skills and passion for customer service will help ensure that our clients have a delightful experience as they explore our high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality remote customer service to German-speaking customers regarding premium coffee appliances.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and concerns.
• Assist clients in navigating the purchasing process with in-depth product knowledge and personalized guidance.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Stay informed about product features, specifications, and promotions to provide accurate information.
• Work collaboratively with team members to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• A genuine interest in coffee appliances is a plus.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
