Position Summary: Kaizen Builders is seeking an experienced bookkeeper with 3-5 years of experience, particularly someone proficient in QuickBooks. Manage all accounts payable and receivable. ? Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records. ? Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis. ? Track expenses, invoices, and other financial transactions. ? Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. ? Maintain detailed records of all transactions and update financial data in QuickBooks. ? Assist in preparing and filing tax documents. ? Handle general ledger entries and maintain a comprehensive filing system. ? Collaborate with project managers and other staff to track project budgets. ? Perform month-end and year-end closings. ? Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: ? Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. ? 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally within the construction or roofing sector. ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ?
